Currently, our processing times are 2-3 business days from the placement of your order, unless otherwise specified. Please note that processing times may be subject to variation during peak seasons or promotional periods.

We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at MushroomMedicinals@gmail.com. To assist us in resolving the issue swiftly, kindly provide your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, as well as a photo of the shipping box. We will review the information provided and work towards a resolution.

At Mushroom Medicinals, we take great care in ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to assist you and find a suitable resolution.

Exchanges:

Items that are received damaged can be reported by emailing us at MushroomMedicinals@gmail.com to make a damage claim. Claims must include the order number, clear photo of the damaged item with shipping box & brief description of what occurred.

Sales:

All sale items are final and cannot be returned unless damaged during transit and proper exchange procedure is followed.
